Had a Great Time!

My husband and I attended with another couple both Friday and Saturday night. I really enjoyed Friday night because they added the young bulls debut. Also we took the Elite Experience and got to talk with the stock contractor and 2 of the bullriders, as well as the Bullfighter Clown. I will say the stock contractor was very interesting! He made me want to raise bucking bulls. The event was exciting. The only complaint I have is the seats at the Paycom Center need to be way more comfortable especially at the price that we paid. We sat on the 2nd and 3rd rows dead center from the dirt floor.

A bit much for bullriding

Evidentally bullriding has gotten so boring that they had to add way too much pyro and gleaming lights to boggle your mind. So much that it only needed one clown or shall we say MC. and niw they have a "border patrol" to rescue the rider from the fiece bull. Why? It was much funner watching clowns do that job. I have only been to local competitiions. But, the PBR definitely has as much hoopla a a WWE wrestle mania event. Too much in my oppinion. But, semi entertaining outside of the strobe lights blinding me

Great event. Poor entry procedures

Awesome event. Only damper on the weekend was that the venue itself did some weird stuff. We waited in line for 30 minutes to get through security. Got to the ticket guy at the door to be told that our digital tickets weren’t good and we needed to go to will call. Got back in line for 35 minutes to get hard tickets. Then had to get back in line for 25 minutes and go through security again. This time one of the hard tickets I just got at will call did not work, and they tried to send us back there again, but this time I just said no and we walked to our seats - obviously had missed some of the event.

PBR was great!

We had such a good time. This was the first time we attended PBR. We bought tickets in the Section 105 which was actually behind the sound/MC booth/platform. In this instance it worked out well because my husband had a boot on his foot from surgery (not anticipated) so we hadn't purchased handicapped seats. So lots of open seats in front of us allowed for easier seating access. Next time we would buy closer as long as we're all mobile :) The MC's were great - basically telling you what happens, what's being rated on the rides, giving lots of details which as a newcomer was super helpful. Lots of fire bursts and some fireworks so if you don't like that be ready. Really got into the rides and cheering for the riders. Not a lot of food options - we just had popcorn and beer and soda but that was fine for us. We found parking for $10 about 5 blocks away where reserved parking would have been $46 at the arena which is insane. Avoid that. There's lot of parking around the area on a Thursday evening when we went. We would recommend going at least once. We'd go again.
